- “Basics for Beginners” is perfect for those new to the practice. Join us Saturdays 11am – 12:00pm!
- Other beginner-friendly classes are Tuesdays at 9:30am and 4:00pm, Wednesdays at 11:00am and 7:00pm. These classes are 60 minutes.
- If you are new to yoga, look for the Hatha classes that are held throughout the week. They tend to be slower moving than the more athletic vinyasa classes we offer. If you enjoy more of a flow, the Vinyasa classes may be more your speed.
